The FCC’s Wireless Telecommunications Bureau (Bureau) has confirmed Summit Ridge Group, LLC as the 3.45 GHz Band Reimbursement Payment Clearinghouse. Summit Ridge Group was unanimously chosen to serve as the Clearinghouse by the Bureau-appointed search committee. Following a comprehensive review of Summit Ridge Group’s filings that describe its qualifications to serve in the Clearinghouse role, explain how it would perform its duties, indicate how it would incorporate privacy and data security best practices into its operations as Clearinghouse, and articulate how it would facilitate the transition of the 3.45 GHz band, the Bureau has concluded that Summit Ridge Group’s qualifications and experience satisfy the Clearinghouse selection criteria.
