The FCC’s Wireless Telecommunications Bureau has announced the procedures for appealing 3.7-4.2 GHz band (C-Band) Relocation Payment Clearinghouse (Clearinghouse) decisions.  The Clearinghouse is responsible for: (1) making initial determinations about the reasonableness of transition-related cost reimbursement claims; (2) apportioning costs among licensees; and (3) distributing payments to claimants.  Clearinghouse decisions may be appealed to the WTB but an appellee must first file a timely notice of objection with the Clearinghouse, pursuant to the Clearinghouse Dispute Resolution Plan.
