The Federal Communications Commission’s (FCC or Commission) Wireline Competition Bureau (WCB) has issued a Public Notice announcing the release of the list of common language location identification (CLLI) codes of price cap incumbent local exchange carrier (LEC) wire centers that have alternative fiber within a half mile and which were subject to the forbearance granted in the agency’s recently adopted unbundled network element (UNE) transport order. This information is available on the Commission’s website at https://www.fcc.gov/clii-code-list.
On July 15, 2019, WCB issued a Public Notice proposing to release this list and providing affected parties an opportunity to object. WCB, however, received no objections.
