The FCC’s Wireline Competition Bureau has released a Public Notice seeking comment on proposed revisions to the: (1) 2026 annual Telecommunications Reporting Worksheet (FCC Form 499-A) and accompanying instructions to report 2025 revenues; and (2) 2026 quarterly Telecommunications Reporting Worksheet (FCC Form 499-Q) and accompanying instructions to report projected 2026 collected revenues on a quarterly basis. The Commission has provided redlined versions of the forms and instructions showing proposed changes from the forms and instructions currently in effect. Comments on the proposed revisions are due May 5, 2025.
