The FCC’s Wireline Competition Bureau has issued a Public Notice seeking comment on proposed modifications to the average schedule formulas that were filed by the National Exchange Carrier Association, Inc. on December 19, 2024. The Commission’s rules require that the formula simulate the disbursements that would be received by an average schedule company. Comments are due February 5, 2025, and reply comments are due February 20, 2025.
