The Wireline Competition Bureau has released the FCC Form 5640 User Guide to assist eligible applicants in preparation for the opening of the application filing window for the Secure and Trusted Communications Networks Reimbursement Program. The User Guide provides a step-by-step instruction on how to successfully complete Form 5640. The User Guide also outlines how to navigate the online application portal and program website, how to respond to requests for information, and how to save and submit applications. The Bureau also released an updated Frequently Asked Questions.
The application filing window for the Rip and Replace Reimbursement Program will open on October 29, 2021 at 12:00 AM ET and will close on January 14, 2022 at 11:59 PM ET.
