WCB, OMD Set Invoicing Deadline for COVID-19 Telehealth Program

The Federal Communications Commission’s (FCC or Commission) Wireline Competition Bureau (WCB) and the Office of the Managing Director (OMD) have set a July 31, 2021 invoicing deadline for the COVID-19 Telehealth Program, which is seven months after the purchase and implementation deadline of December 31, 2020.  Thus, program awardees must file their requests for reimbursement for eligible costs on or before July 31, 2021, in order to be eligible for such reimbursements.  Awardees should be aware that they are required to maintain records related to their participation in the Telehealth Program for at least three years.  In addition, awardees should submit their post-program reports to the Commission by January 31, 2022.
