President Biden has renominated Gigi Sohn to serve as an FCC Commissioner. Biden first nominated Sohn in October 2021, but the nomination has continued to be delayed for a variety of reasons. Now with a Democratic majority in the Senate, supporters call for swift action on this nomination.
