The FCC’s Wireless Telecommunications Bureau (WTB) has released a public notice announcing the new format for filing electronic maps for construction notifications for certain 700 MHz A, B C and E Block licenses with interim benchmarks of June 13, 2016 or later. As of October 16, 2015, the WTB specifically requires these 700 MHz construction notifications to contain a Shapefile map, a PDF map, and a technical narrative.
