The FCC’s Wireline Competition Bureau has announced that the Security and Trusted Communications Networks Reimbursement Program application filing window will open on October 29, 2021 at 12:00 AM ET and close on January 14, 2022 at 11:59 PM ET.
The FCC created the Reimbursement Program to reimburse advanced communications service providers for costs associated with the removal, replacement, and disposal of covered communications equipment or services from their networks that pose a risk to U.S. national security.
