A‑CAM II Offer
The Federal Communications Commission’s (FCC or Commission) Wireline Competition Bureau (WCB) has granted a waiver requested by Red River Telephone Association (Red River). Red River sought a waiver of Alternative Connect America Cost Model (A-CAM) II rules that would allow it to receive a revised offer of support. A number of census blocks served by Red River were deemed ineligible for A-CAM II support due to an error in the FCC Form 477 service coverage data provided by a neighboring service provider. WCB granted Red River’s waiver and extended a revised offer with additional support.
