Over three years after conducting the Rural Digital Opportunity Fund (RDOF) reverse auction (Auction 904), the Wireline Competition Bureau and Office of Economics and Analytics (Bureaus) have announced the conclusion of the FCC’s RDOF long-form application review. This announcement follows the recent defaults of Wavelength LLC in Arizona and the appeal rejections of LTD Broadband, LLC and SpaceX/Starlink. With the review process completed, the Bureaus have made available on the FCC’s Auction 904 website the public portions of RDOF long-form applications (i.e.., not including RDOF applicants’ detailed technology and system design descriptions and project funding information).
