The FCC’s Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau (Bureau) has announced the selection of conditionally approved Cybersecurity Label Administrators (CLAs) for the FCC’s Internet of Things Cybersecurity Labeling Program (IoT Labeling Program) which includes the U.S. government certification mark (U.S. Cyber Trust Mark). CLAs are responsible for the day-to-day management of the program.
The Bureau has conditionally approved each of the following to serve as a CLA: (1) CSA America Testing & Certification, LLC; (2) CTIA Certification LLC; (3) DEKRA Certification Inc.; (4) Intertek Testing Services NA, Inc.; (5) ioXt Alliance; (6) Palindrome Technologies; (7) SGS North America Inc.; (8) Telecommunications Industry Association; (9) TÜV Rheinland of N.A.; (10) TÜV SÜD America; and (11) UL LLC.
