In November 2014, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC or Commission) released an Order requiring electronic filing of (1) formal complaints under Section 208 of the Communications Act (Act) and (2) pole attachment complaints under Section 224 of the Act. Mandatory electronic filing began January 12, 2015, which was 30 days after the revised rules were published in the Federal Register.
