Moving forward with its plan for the reorganization of the International Bureau, the FCC unanimously voted to adopt an Order creating a Space Bureau and a standalone Office of International Affairs.  The action is meant to better support the satellite industry and is the latest action taken as a part of the FCC’s Space Innovation agenda, that has also included expanding the FCC’s satellite division, “to better meet the needs of the next generation Space Age.”  The current positions at the International Bureau will be incorporated into the Space Bureau and the Office of International Affairs.
