The FCC’s Wireless Telecommunications Bureau (Bureau) has announced that the deadline to file a petition for reconsideration of the Incentive Auction Application Procedures Public Notice is November 30, 2015. After the filing deadline passes, the Bureau will provide notice of any petitions for reconsideration it received and establish a pleading cycle for oppositions and replies. The Application Procedures Public Notice, among other things, announces when applications to participate in the Incentive Auction’s reverse and forward auctions must be submitted, and explains how to complete those applications.
