In a Public Notice, the FCC’s Wireless Telecommunications Bureau and Office of Native Affairs and Policy announced they are seeking comment on ways to increase connectivity for Tribal Nations and the Native Hawaiian Community. Specifically, the Bureau and ONA seek comment on the extent to which Tribal Nations and the Native Hawaiian Community have successfully accessed licensed spectrum and ways in which to better collect data for spectrum deployment for Tribal communities. Comments may be submitted on or before November 30, 2023.
