The FCC’s Wireless Telecommunications Bureau (Bureau) is seeking comment on the selection process for and operation of the Reimbursement Clearinghouse for the 3.45 GHz Band. Specifically, the Bureau seeks comment on the appropriate stakeholders that should be included on a search committee to select a Reimbursement Clearinghouse and the ideal number of members that should be included on such committee. The Reimbursement Clearinghouse would oversee the requirement of relocation expenses for certain non-federal, secondary radiolocation licensees in the 3.45 GHz band.
