The FCC’s Public Safety and Homeland Security Bureau (PSHSB) has released a Public Notice seeking comment on the applicability of the Secure and Trusted Communications Networks Act of 2019 (Secure Networks Act) to the “covered company” designation proceedings involving Huawei and ZTE. Comments are due on Friday, March 27, 2020.
