The FCC’s Wireless Telecommunications Bureau is seeking comment on the C-Band Relocation Payment Clearinghouse’s (RPC) proposed final reimbursement claim submission deadlines for eligible incumbents and stakeholders to submit outstanding transition-related claims to the RPC for processing. The RPC has requested that the FCC establish: (1) February 5, 2024, as the submission deadline for reimbursement claims for claimants’ costs incurred and paid as of December 31, 2023, including lump sum election claims by incumbent earth station operators; and (2) September 30, 2024, as a deadline for all reimbursement claims for claimants’ costs incurred and paid after December 31, 2023, with the understanding that the RPC encourages claimants to submit claims for reimbursement on a rolling basis within 30 days of being incurred. Comments are due 15 days after the Public Notice is published in the Federal Register, which has yet to occur.
