The FCC has adopted an Order which lists over 2,400 voice service providers who face removal from the Robocall Mitigation Database. The Commission has directed these voice service providers to cure the deficiencies in their database certifications and provide notification to the Enforcement Bureau that such deficiencies have been cured or file a response with the Enforcement Bureau explaining why such provider should not be removed from the database. Removal from the database would require all intermediate providers and voice service providers to cease accepting calls directly from the voice service provider. Responses to the Enforcement Bureau must be filed within 14 days of the Order being published in the Federal Register, which has not yet occurred.
