The FCC’s Enforcement Bureau (Bureau) has removed certifications of 13 entities from the Robocall Mitigation Database (Database).  These entities either failed to cure their facially deficient Database certifications or demonstrate why the Bureau should not remove their certifications from the Database following the Bureau’s October 16, 2023, Order directing such entities to take one of these actions.

The FCC has removed the certifications of four domestic voice service providers: (1) Computer Integrated Solutions dba CIS IT & Engineering; (2) Datacom Specialists; (3) DomainerSuite, Inc.; and (4) Humbolt Voip.  Removal from the Database requires all intermediate providers and voice service providers to cease accepting all calls directly from these four voice service providers.

The FCC has also removed the certifications of nine foreign voice service providers, including: (1) Viettel Business Solutions Company (Vietnam); (2) Etihad Etisalat (Mobily) (Saudi Arabia); (3) Claude ICT Poland Sp. z o. o. dba TeleCube.PL (Poland); (4) Nervill LTD (Israel); (5) Textodog Inc. dba Textodog and Textodog Software Inc. (Canada); (6) Phone GS (France); (7) Evernex SMC PVT LTD (Pakistan); (8) My Taxi Ride Inc; (9) and TELECLUB (Canada).  All intermediate providers and voice service providers must cease accepting calls directly from these nine providers that use U.S. North American Numbering Plan (NANP) resources in the caller ID field to send voice traffic to residential or business subscribers in the U.S.
