The Commission aims to make it easier for subscribers to use the database to review large volumes of numbers and determine whether a telephone number has been reassigned. The database helps callers reach their intended recipients while avoiding liability for violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. These new rates will become effective on April 3, 2023.
