In a Notice of Apparent Liability for Forfeiture and Order (NAL), the FCC has proposed a penalty of $308,451 for Stage 2 Networks, LLC. The FCC alleges Stage 2 Network failed to file Annual and Quarterly Telecommunications Reporting Worksheets, respond to the Enforcement Bureau’s Letter of Inquiry fully and on time, file annual customer proprietary network information certifications, and maintain current information in the FCC’s Registration System.
