Due to the ongoing impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the FCC’s Wireline Competition Bureau (Bureau) has found good cause to extend a waiver of the Lifeline Program’s recertification and reverification requirements for Lifeline subscribers residing on Tribal lands through April 30, 2023. The Bureau has also extended the waiver to Lifeline subscribers also participating in the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP). The Bureau anticipates that this will be the final extension of these waivers.
