The FCC’s Wireline Competition Bureau has issued an Order denying the Requests for Review of DISH Wireless, L.L.C., AT&T Services, Inc. and AT&T Mobility LLC, and Excess Telecom, Inc regarding decisions by the Universal Service Administrative Company seeking to recover disbursed funds under the Emergency Broadband Benefit Program. USAC has found that the petitioners failed to demonstrate that certain subscribers were in fact eligible for the EBB Program.
