Issuing two Notices of Funding Opportunity (NOFOs), the FCC has announced two additional outreach grant opportunities in an effort to promote the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) by seeking community messengers to develop outreach strategies that will reach historically underserved and unserved communities. These two new grant opportunities include $5 million for the National Competitive Outreach Program (NCOP) and $5 million for Tribal Competitive Outreach Program (TCOP).
