The FCC’s Wireline Competition Bureau has announced key dates, including a data submission deadline, for the Affordable Connectivity Program Transparency Data Collection. The Data Collection is tasked with gathering information related to price, subscription rates, and plan characteristics of ACP participating providers. Under this Data Collection, ACP providers must submit the requested data through the ACP Data Collection System, hosted by the Universal Service Administrative Company, by November 9, 2023, based on data as of August 1, 2023. Providers can begin submitting data on September 8, 2023.
