The FCC has announced the deadlines for filing comments on its Notice of Proposed Rulemaking that addresses whether the FCC should eliminate the network non-duplication and syndicated exclusivity rules. Comments must be filed with the Commission by May 12, 2014 and reply comments must be filed by June 9, 2014.
