The FCC has adopted a Report and Order posting a schedule for Fiscal Year 2022 to collect statutorily required regulatory fees. As congressionally mandated, the Commission has adopted a schedule to collect $381,950,000 in fees. Moreover, the Commission has adopted a Notice of Inquiry seeking comment on the FCC’s methodology for allocating indirect full-time equivalents (FTEs) that were previously raised.
Comments are due 30 days after publication of the Notice of Inquiry in the Federal Register, and reply comments are due 60 days after the publication.
