Comment is sought by the FCC’s Office of Engineering and Technology (OET) regarding a Phase I testing report on potential sharing solutions between the proposed Unlicensed National Information Infrastructure (U-NII) devices and Dedicated Short Range Communications (DSRC) operations in the 5850-5925 MHz (U-NII-4) band. The report details the testing methodology, measurements, and observations of the OET’s approximately 1,450 tests performed on various U-NII-4 prototypes and DSRC devices. Comments on the report are due by November 28, 2018 and reply comments by December 13, 2018.
