Comments on the FCC’s latest public notice on dormant proceedings pending termination will be due on June 1, 2016 with reply comments due 15 days thereafter. Comment is sought on approximately 260 proceedings that are considered candidates for termination as dormant, including dockets in which no further action is required or contemplated or no pleadings or other documents have been filed for several years.
