Specifically, the Bureau is seeking comment on compliance with statutory mandates related to accessibility for telecommunications and advanced communications services, equipment used with these services, and internet browsers built into mobile phones.  The Bureau is also seeking comment on what accessibility barriers still exist with respect to new communications technologies.

The Bureau seeks comment for its biennial report to Congress, as required by the Twenty-First Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act of 2010 (CVAA). Comments are due May 6, 2024.
