The FCC recently adopted an Order which listed over 2,400 voice service providers who face removal from the Robocall Mitigation Database due to cited deficiencies in their database certifications.  The Order has been published in the Federal Register, which now states that such providers must provide notification to the Enforcement Bureau that such deficiencies have been cured or file a response with the Enforcement Bureau explaining why such provider should not be removed from the database by December 31, 2024.  If a provider fails to respond by December 31, 2024, such provider’s certification will be removed from the database, which would require all intermediate providers and voice service providers to cease accepting calls directly from the voice service provider.
