FCC Enters Consent Decree with Frontier Regarding Inaccurate BDC Information

The Federal Communications Commission’s Enforcement Bureau has entered into a Consent Decree with Frontier Communications Parent, Inc. regarding the submission of allegedly inaccurate information as part of the Broadband Data Collection challenge process.  To resolve the matter, Frontier has agreed to implement a compliance plan and pay a civil penalty of $287,820.  The compliance plan includes establishing operating procedures for BDC compliance and a training program for BDC compliance.
