The FCC’s Wireline Competition Bureau has published a Public Notice announcing the release of the 2024 tariff review plan workbooks for rate-of-return local exchange carriers electing incentive regulation for their BDS offerings. The WCB has established a November 1, 2024 effective date for these tariff filings. Thus, filings made on 15 days’ notice are due October 17, 2024, and filings made on 7 days’ notice are due on October 25, 2024. The workbooks can be found here.
