The FCC’s Wireline Competition Bureau has released an Erratum correcting its previous Public Notice from July 11, 2024 announcing the rate-of-return carrier study areas that have elected BDS incentive regulation. The Erratum corrects the total number of rate-of-return carrier study areas that have elected BDS incentive regulation from 347 to 348. The Erratum also amends the appendix to the July Public Notice to add a study area code for Blue Valley Tele-Communications and delete a study area code for Buckland Telephone Company.
