The FCC has issued a Notice of Apparent Liability for Forfeiture proposing a $400,000 fine against Telco Experts, LLC (Telco) for failing to comply with Telecommunications Reporting Worksheets (Worksheets) requirements in violation with Section 54.711(a) of the FCC rules by submitting inaccurate 2022 and 2023 Worksheets and failing to justify its submissions.  Though the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) repeatedly directed Telco to explain large decreases in the amount of total non-telecommunications revenues and provide supporting documentation, Telco repeatedly failed to respond or submitted non-responsive documents, unsubstantiated claims, or late responses, which prevented USAC from verifying the accuracy of the Annual Worksheet filings.  USAC relies on the accuracy of information in Worksheets to determine USF contribution obligations.
