The FCC has announced that regulatory fee payments must be received by 11:59 pm EST on September 20, 2023. Fees not paid by the deadline will be assessed a 25 percent late payment and such late payment will accrue interest until paid in full. The FCC may waive, reduce, or defer a regulatory fee payment if good cause is demonstrated for the relief sought and the waiver, reduction, or deferral promotes the public interest.
