The FCC has released it’s tentative agenda for the open meeting scheduled for Thursday, April 21. The agenda includes consideration of a Notice of Inquiry pertaining to improving receiver performance and a Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking concerning Wireless Emergency Alerts. Also on the agenda are two restricted adjudicatory matters and an enforcement bureau action.
