The FCC has announced the filing dates for the Broadband Data Collection, pursuant to the Broadband Deployment Accuracy and Technological Availability (DATA) Act. The Broadband Data Collection is a complex set of interrelated systems to collect and validate reliable data in creating more granular broadband location maps. All facilities-based providers of fixed and mobile broadband Internet access service can begin to submit broadband availability data on June 30, 2022. BDC filings will be due by September 1, 2022.
