The Chief of the Federal Communications Commission’s (FCC or Commission) Chief of the Telecommunications Access Policy Division has issued an Order waiving the invoice filing deadlines of the Healthcare Connect Fund Program to provide relief for applicants and service providers who either did not receive their funding commitment letters (FCLs) in time to submit invoices before the deadline or received their FCLs with the incorrect invoice filing deadline. Those applicants and services providers, whose funding requests are listed in the appendices of the Order, will be able to submit invoicing forms to the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) within 180 days of March 9, 2020. USAC has been directed to send notifications to the affected applicants and service providers within 14 days of March 9, 2020.
