The FCC has announced some additional resources for the Rural Tribal Priority Window for giving Tribal entities priority access to unassigned 2.5 GHz spectrum in the former Educational Broadband Service (EBS). The FCC has launched a dedicated website located at www.fcc.gov/RuralTribalWindow as well as a mapping tool to help identify unassigned spectrum in eligible Tribal lands. Additionally, the FCC has tentatively announced that it will host a workshop in mid-December at the FCC’s DC headquarters, though the specific date is still to be determined.
