The FCC has released an erratum correcting an error contained in a recently released Report and Order and Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking. The correct due date for FY2019 regulatory fees is 11:59 PM EDT on Tuesday, September 24, 2019. The correct due date can also be found on the FCC’s Regulatory Fees webpage.
