The FCC has released a public notice announcing the pleading cycle dates tied to the proposed merger between Sprint and T-Mobile. Specifically, the FCC’s public notice announces the following important filing dates: Petitions to deny the merger are due on or before Monday, August 27, 2018; Oppositions to Petitions to Deny are due on or before Monday, September 17, 2018; and Replies to Oppositions are due on or before Tuesday, October 9, 2018. The FCC has already established a docket, WT Docket No. 18-197, dedicated T-Mobile and Sprint’s applications seeking the Commission’s consent to transfer control of licenses, authorizations, and spectrum leases. The lead application for the wireless radios services will be under KNLF200.
