On August 3, the U.S. Senate confirmed the nominations of then-General Counsel Brendan Carr and former Commissioner Jessica Rosenworcel to the FCC. Carr will fill the remainder of former Chairman Tom Wheeler’s term, which expires June 30, 2018, and Rosenworcel was confirmed to a full 5-year term running from June 30, 2015 to June 30, 2020.
