In response to a request from CTIA, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC or Commission) has granted a 14-day extension to the comment and reply comment deadlines with respect to the Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking adopted in February. The revised comment date is April 26, 2017. The revised reply comment date is May 11, 2017.
The Commission also extended by 14 days the deadline for interested service providers to file justifications for confidential treatment of their previously filed Form 477 minimum advertised or expected speeds for 4G LTE mobile service, until April 26, 2017.
