Federal Communications Commission (FCC or Commission) Commissioner Mignon Clyburn has announced the appointment of J. David Grossman as her new Chief of Staff and Media Policy Advisor. Mr. Grossman most recently served as Legislative Director and Senior Advisor for Technology Policy to U.S. Congresswoman Anna G. Eshoo (D-CA), Ranking Member of the House Subcommittee on Communications and Technology
and a senior representative from Silicon Valley.
Daudeline Meme will also join Commissioner Clyburn’s office as Legal Advisor for wireless, international and public safety issues effective March 14, 2016. Ms. Meme previously served as Chief of Staff of the
Enforcement Bureau, where she was responsible for providing legal, policy and administrative oversight
to the largest bureau at the Commission. Senior Legal Advisor Louis Peraertz, a longtime Clyburn aide, will be departing the office.
