The Federal Communications Commission (FCC or Commission) has released the application instructions for entities interested in participating in the 600 MHz Incentive Auction’s Forward Auction (Auction 1002). The initial application filing window opens at 12:00 p.m. ET on January 26, 2016. Interested parties must file FCC Form 175 by 6:00 pm ET on February 9, 2016. The Public Notice provides the filing instructions for the FCC Form 175, including how an applicant can assert its eligibility for a designated entity bidding credit, select the license area(s) on which it wishes to bid (including for reserved spectrum), disclose auction-related agreements, and provide information regarding its ownership structure.
