The Federal Communications Commission (FCC or Commission) released the Incentive Auction Comment Public Notice in December 2014, seeking comment on detailed proposals for conducting the broadcast television spectrum incentive auction.  The final detailed procedures will implement rules previously proposed in the 2012 Incentive Auction Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) and adopted in the May 2014 Incentive Auction Report and Order (R&O).  As required by federal law, the Commission prepared an Initial Regulatory Flexibility Analysis (IRFA) in connection with the Incentive Auction NPRM and a Final Regulatory Flexibility Analysis (FRFA) in connection with the Incentive Auction R&O. The Wireless Telecommunications Bureau (Bureau) is seeking comment on how the proposals in the Incentive Auction Comment Public Notice could affect either the IRFA or the FRFA. These comments have the same filing deadlines as those applicable to the Incentive Auction Comment Public Notice. Comments are due February 13, 2015 and reply comments are due March 13, 2015.

The Bureau is also seeking comment on the proposed information collections in the Incentive Auction Comment Public Notice as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act.  These comments will be due 60 days after  the comment request is published in the Federal Register, which has not yet occurred.
